What is on Discord

Job calls post to #job-alerts, current courses stay in #training, and meeting and holiday notices post to #calendar-reminders. It is a place members can talk to each other too, which a one-way bot is not. Free, works on your phone or in a browser, no app required.

How to join on Telegram

Install Telegram if you need it. iPhone / iPad Android
Tap “Open IbewjobsBot” above. Telegram will open the shared public bot. No personal invitation is needed.
Press Start in Telegram. The bot confirms when notifications are turned on.

Simple and private

You never share your Working Systems login. The service keeps only where to send your alerts — a Discord channel or a Telegram chat — along with subscription state and the delivery records needed to send and troubleshoot them.

This service sends convenience notifications only. It does not submit bids, change your union account, guarantee delivery, or replace the official job board and union office as the authoritative source.
